Dr. Zhu has worked at Acutus Medical Inc. for 8 years. As the Director of Algorithm, she led the entire algorithm team to support the R&D for 3D navigation system, 3D mapping system and ablation technologies. Her experiences include: Developed the 3D Cardiac Non-contact Mapping using Dipole/Charge Density, developed the SuperMap to map AT/AFL with high automation and high precision using Non-contact Mapping, leading development efforts for magnetic and impedance based cardiac navigation and tracking algorithms and Geometry build algorithms from contact and ultrasound point clouds. Dr. Zhu has published more than 21 SCI papers and 12 major patents in the fields of Neuroimaging, Inverse algorithms, Sparse Source Imaging and Cardiac Mapping. Dr. Zhu received her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Oklahoma, USA, MS in Computational Mathematics and BS in Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University, China.
